Fresh Stone Crabs - (yes, 100% fresh – we don’t even own a freezer!)

It was 1996 and I wondered why I ate Stone Crabs every time I visited Miami. I thought, why not make them available to everyone all over the country? Thus, in a garage in Miami Beach, South Beach Stone Crabs was born. The internet had just taken off and we had the first crab mail order website. A couple of years later we opened a restaurant on Lincoln Road and the rest was history.

Business boomed and we shipped the only 100% Fresh Stone Crabs all over the continental USA. Local leasing prices on the Beach eventually caused us to close but we never stopped shipping crabs to our loyal customers. The phone never stopped ringing so here we are back and bigger than ever. This time no restaurant, no overhead that means you get 100% Fresh Stone Crabs, at a fraction of the retail price. Packaged the same day they’re caught and shipped overnight directly to you.

The season starts on October 15th and continues until Mother’s Day in May. All our shipments include our famous Stone Crab mustard sauce and to complete your meal we’ve added our local Key Lime Pie and we have Fresh Florida Lobster Tails available.
